One word best describe Lebotomy---EXCELLENT!
With his creative and unique design, he hit the nail right on the head. He captured what I had in mind perfectly and created a logo in a unique, minimalized way with a high value of brand recognition!
Amazing designer and wonderful to work with. I'm so excited for the new logo and designs.

Who are you known as?
Indie Placements LLC
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
COMPANY: INDIE PLACEMENTS pairs brands with independent films for product placements in the film and sponsorship of film events (such as premiere screenings, parties). Corporate goal is to help brands TARGET a HIP young audience and at the same time help indie films get made.
USE: The design contest is for a company logo. It would be used on a website, business cards, letterhead, signage, flyers and possibly in a film's end credits.
STYLE: In general - prefer a modern clean line look - not too busy. I know that can be hard with the target in there but maybe the target is abstract - perhaps just 2 or 3 thin lines or partial lines.
FONT: Font should be one that comes on a Mac or is free. Related company uses Helvetica.
COLOR: Related company (@RR3k on Twitter) uses Marsala and White. Marsala was the Pantone color of 2015. It's a cross between brick, brown and wine. This logo could use Marsala or a color that looks good with Marsala. Prefer target element be black because marsala looks too much like red. Other elements could include marsala
HAT: UPDATE: hat like Rob Lowe wears in The Grinder or no hat - have been told trucker hats are not hip these days.
MUSTACHE: could add or change to a beard or do some other kind of facial hair that is hip
ALTERNATIVES: Open to alternate interpretations as long as it contains something indicating "target" or "goal" AND something indicating hip/cool. Some ideas: The target could be just in the glasses instead of the whole face or could be in a tattoo, facial hair could be a beard instead of a mustache, it could be a woman instead of a man, could leave out the hat, it could be a target on which the hipster elements look like they are drawn on with a marker. Target could be around the face instead of on the face. Target could be squared off instead of circular.

Logo concept: a target wearing a mustache, thick rimmed glasses and a trucker hat or beanie hat. Don't want the target to be red and white. A related company's logo uses colors Marsala and white - see Twitter icon for @rr3k for the related co logo. Stay away from Orange. Target face can be straight forward or a side or 3/4 view.
