Two years ago our son Zev, then not quite 3, was diagnosed with a very dangerous leukemia. Today Zev is a charming, bright, stubborn, sweet, and sometimes infuriating near-five year old due to a bone marrow transplant he received from an unrelated donor, a wonderful young man who signed up with BeTheMatch.org at the age of 19. Pop A Swab was born of desire to have more kids with similarly wonderful outcomes.
