We are very satisfied with the design of our new logo. The designer was very open to suggestions and really came through with a design that we are proud to use.

Excellent- not only was he receptive to what we needed, he gave us many options, and then worked diligently to tweak the one we picked until it was exactly what we wanted. Great communication, great experience. Highly recommended.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We support budding entrepreneurs with funding and mentoring. You can find our website here - http://www.startupdirect.org. (soon to be overhauled)
Funding comes in the form of:
- Seed funding through the governments Start Up Loan scheme (http://www.startuploans.co.uk)
- Crowd funding through a soon to be created page on the website that compares crowd funding sites, informing entrepreneurs about the benefits of each and allowing them to click through to each crowd funding site to start a crowd funding campaign
- Angel investment - a page soon to be added to the website where we host quarterly investor roadshows where young businesses have the chance to gain angel investment
Mentoring is free with each business that receives a start up loan through us. Mentoring is face to face for a min of 2hours per month for at least 12 months
We also hold workshops, events, networking nights and group mentoring sessions for start up businesses.
Our target audience is anyone over the age of 18 who is looking to start a business (or has recently started a business and been trading for less than 12 months) in the greater London area (potential for coverage to expand outside London in the future)
We are based in the tech hub of London is Shoreditch so we want to appeal to the local tech/creative community without alienating non-tech businesses.

Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We are providing funding to businesses so the feel of the logo needs to have some formality/seriousness about it but the overlying feel I want to achieve is that we are fun and approachable. Our process is simple for customers and we want this simplicity and uncluttered feel to come across in the logo (please note we will be doing a website overhaul to make it much simpler/less cluttered)
I've included our current logo (the new logo doesn't need to have a strapline included)
