General Mills is a consumer packaged food company. We have many products that we make and sell to consumers through food retailers (grocery, club, drug and dollar stores). The focus of this initiative is talk about the Center of Store (think dry packaged food goods) in a grocery store. That space has been seeing some decline recently compared to the perimeter of the store. We will be talking about a 'blueprint' or a plan with retailers on what and how they can do to renovate or revitalize the Center of Store.
