I am building a local mobile guide to be used on mobile devices. It will feature events, restaurants, places, things to do and see. My audience is anyone in my community with a smart phone. My product will enable them to find places to go or eat whenever they're out and about. It will be current and continually updated.

The logo will be used on my mobile app. It will be the icon people see when they select among apps on their smart phones. It will also be used on the screen people see when the app launches and be at the top of many of the app pages. It should be eye-catching, convey a sense of fun but also a sense of utility. "Folks will find what they're looking for".

C monogram logo for visual effects company

I love creating unique monograms so used this approach for Colony Visual Effects. As company is working on visual effects and making impossible stuff, possible, I decided to play with C, made with Escher-esque approach creating bending letter with impossible geometry theme. It works really great with subtle gradient giving this effect another dimension, but it works really great in single color as well. I took extra effort and created couple mockups showing this design used in various situations and in the end payed of.
