The Yolo Encourages Success through Talent Engagement, Assistance & Motivation, or the YES TEAM, is a County government group that seeks best practices and develops programs, resources and opportunities to promote continuous learning, development and career advancement of the County workforce, to further grow employee engagement, and foster positive career experiences that encourage employees to develop the skills and competencies that the organization needs.
