"unify" is a workforce transformation program that my firm operates to help shape, recognize, and transform our workforce to be the best performing and happiest group of employees possible. "unify" recognizes value at all levels of an individual's ability, whether someone is blessed with innate skills or not. "unify" also helps our firm work seamlessly with labor unions - bonding Employer to Union together as a team to do right by our employees, rather than as on opposing sides.
