Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My wife and I put on a free Halloween yard display / haunt each year. We have been doing it for many years and each year, it has grown. It has turned into a year-round effort. Halloween for us is a lifestyle, not just a hobby. Currently we have about 15 life-size clowns standing around in different parts of our home just waiting for the show to begin.
We normally have between 400 and 500 visitors on Halloween night. We have visitors of all ages and therefore, try keep the display / haunt edgy enough for adults and kids alike. We are certainly not a kiddie haunt but we don't do hardcore gore stuff either. It is a fine line to walk and we do a pretty good job of walking it each year. We are launching a new theme for 2013 - "Carnival of Screams". For the next two or three years we plan on doing a carnival theme display / haunt - think clowns (lots of clowns), freak show, and fun house.
We are looking for a logo to help boost our branding. The logo will be used on our Facebook fan page (https://www.facebook.com/CarnivalOfScreams), a website in the future, and maybe on a few t-shirts. This is our hobby and we don't generate any revenue. We are hoping for a logo that can represent "Carnival of Screams" - our yard, our haunt, and our theme for the foreseeable future.
