How CardioVet started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Cardiorespiratory Pet Referrals Victoria
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a veterinary referral service that provides medical and minimally invasive surgical care for pets (primarily dogs and cats) referred for further investigation and treatment of heart or lung disease from primary care veterinarians.
We would ideally like a modern, clean, sophisticated, eye-catching logo and an attractive font for our service name. The logo will initially be used on letter heads and business cards but it would be an advantage if the design is versatile enough for use other formats such as webpages, stationary or signage.
It would be ideal if the design could include a reference to dogs and cats (either silhouette or paw) and reference to heart and lungs (either pictorial of both or reference to them i.e. stethoscope). An example of a logos previously designed on 99designs for a veterinary service that I like is at http://www.npvethospital.com/ or http://99designs.com/logo-design/co…logo-21201
I will also attach another sketch of an idea I had for a design, which people are welcome to take inspiration from or go down a completely different path.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Medical & Pharmaceutical
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The target audience is the referring vets rather than the general public so a more professional design rather than a 'cute' animal design would be ideal.
