Warren.McKenzif got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Biggest and best metal alloy discovery, since the bronze age.

One of these alloy families is called ‘Bright Brass’ which will be the brand name used for the metal alloy in a variety of products in a number of sectors including: (1) The plumbing sector: for high quality tapware/faucets and fittings and this logo will likely be incorporated on packaging of these products by our customers and used for advertising on their webpages. (competitor = EcoBrass for example) (2) Building hardware: Door hinges, latches and locks, door handles, this logo could appear on their packaging or stamped on the product. (3) Sporting goods, including e.g. golf clubs, ammunition for sports and target-shooters, logo on packaging. (4) Heavy industry for machine bearings, logo on packaging or stamped on the product (5) Supply of rods and bars of these material to industrial manufacturers – logo stamped on the end of bars for quick identification. Important aspects of our alloys are that they are ‘safe’, ‘non-toxic’, ‘lead-free’ and ‘eco-friendly/green’ and easily made from recycled materials. Our primary target market is engineering design and industrial manufacturers of products that would like to utilise these cutting-edge alloy products. Our marketing goals are to attract such customers and license our Bright Brass material to companies working in these industries to make their components out of. A key way to do this is to have our brand known to end users who specify Bright Brass as the material of choice to these manufacturers. As an important example, we will want renovators / builders to specify bright brass tapware from manufacturers as they know it will be the only is the only truly lead-free and environmentally friendly brass available (yes, your tapware has lead in it, which leeches into drinking water and is toxic). What we want in a logo: We want end users of our alloy products to associate our brand with key aspects that it is ‘safe’, ‘non-toxic’, ‘lead-free’ and ‘eco-friendly/green’ and “recycling friendly.” With the name of the product being Bright Brass, we feel that a logo incorporating the wording ‘Bright Brass’, the letter ‘B’ or double ‘BB’ would be appropriate and assist in identification and branding, but are willing to consider and give feedback on other designs. We have an existing, Advanced Alloy Holdings company logo. While it would be nice to have some connectivity to our company logo e.g. the hexagonal shape or border, we are happy to look at different designs also. Our product has competitors, in the plumbing sector where lead free and non-toxic are important. We have attached images of these logos for reference in IMAGE 2 set. Our product has competitors in the bearings and mining sector in toughmet. (IMAGE 3) however, this is less critical than for the plumbing applications. There is potential that the logo or a simplified version of it may be used as an identification stamp to be stamped into products or raw material metal bars, here the whole word would not be used, likely the letter B or double BB within a base design. Examples of comparable brands / products are: - Ecobrass - Globrass - Toughmet Relevant companies: - Advanced Alloy Holdings (us!) - Materion
Note the color of the actual alloys in the file. They are not orange like copper or brass, but also not as silver as stainless steel. This could be useful to incorporate into the logo
