How shawnmhousley started their logo & business card journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We assist companies (generally startups) in obtaining necessary financing and other aspects of company management. We actually provide much of that financing ourselves. The name "Trailhead" is intended to convey that as it is the place where a trail begins. As we are located in Houston, Texas our customers are primarily focused in the oil and natural gas space, but would like to convey that we are more flexible than that in the design of our logo. Would VERY MUCH consider designs that are more energy-specific or generically clean and more "corporate", however, as I am certainly not a designer!
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Business & Consulting
What colors do you want to see in your design?

Let designers make suggestions:
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I was thinking that something akin to the trail signs one sees while hiking or the badge-like designs you often see for outdoor companies could be interesting. Shutterstock designs such as #146294750, #127315610 evoke that type of feel, but don't quite hit the mark for us. Or something in the realm of these trail signs: https://www.atctrailstore.org/catal…5&compid=1 http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE…345455.jpg
Would absolutely consider something different or more "corporate" as well.
