What we do: We decided to join both professional and human skills to build a range of services. Those services are designed to support organization in their evolution. We help companies to experience changes in a more easy way and then to get more buy in in their projects. Our goal is to accompany them to reach their business objectives. In summary, we are conducting change management. This means that we are as well working on the strategy than on the operational transition plan and finally the communication/training plans. Our values are: Our values are respect, sharing, co-creation and humor. Our desire is to move forward, to learn and to grow together supported by an unconditional trust. Ou target is : B2B with more than 200 employees
