A new restaurant serving "Nuevo-Retro" (new take on classics) cuisine catering to mid-twenty through mid-fortys hip professionals. The chef/owner currently operates a food truck... the new restaurant will serve as kitchen space for the food truck, wholesale bakery, catering as well as restaurant in up & coming DC neighborhood.
