Goranius achieved the brief quickly and set the benchmark for future work. He was additionally helpful in developing derivative logos for various uses. This showed a practical understanding of modern applications of logos e.g. web, business card, email, etc.. His work also stood out when we conducted a poll with some of Australia's leading marketers.

Who are you known as?
The Sea Bean Coffee House
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Sea Bean is a new (under construction) coffee shop in a coastal destination town called Seabrook in WA state (pics online). We call our ambiance goal - modern yet relaxed and minimalistic. We serve high quality coffee, espresso, & pastries. We offer wifi, modern yet comfy chairs, work spaces, modern fireplace, crystal clear music, but in a relaxed enough environment to wear shorts and flip-flops in. Seabrook is a breezy/windy place with a beautiful ocean beach and gorgeous sunsets. Target audience is young families and middle aged couples. Cool color palette - greys (dark and light), cool grey/greens and grey/blues, white, brushed nickel/aluminum furniture and fireplace. Looking for the words "COFFEE HOUSE" to be visible but less prominent than "The Sea Bean". Reclaimed wood is all the craze in coffee shops and certainly goes along with our beach town location, but if used in the logo/signage would need to be more grey colored wood as we're not really using browns in our palette.
I included a file of colors that fit our look.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Food & Drink
Other color requirements
green, blue (both cooler versions), white, grays, brushed metal
