Thanks for adjusting as needed!
Great cooperation and creative design
Janaka is an excellent designer, technically astute, who places great emphasis on creating original designs. He went far beyond the scope of his duties to deliver impeccable work, while maintaining a positive attitude at all times. Also, his responsiveness is very impressive and projects can be achieved very quickly if needed. I am very satisfied and grateful to work with him.
Michelle created an eye catching design that grabbed us from the get go. Her willingness to create tweaks, gave us the logo and brand we are looking to create for our business. Would definitely work with her again in the future.
How julied6 started their logo & business card journey
Who are you known as?
Day One Therapeutics
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are discovering and developing novel high impact pharmaceutical treatments for children with life threatening cancers. Day One refers to the "Day One Talk" when a parent, and the child, learns about the cancer diagnosis and is walked through the treatment plan. We are in service to those patients and parents in need. We also are pursuing a company that is building pharmaceutical treatments for pediatric tumors from day one. The company is bold, strong, fearless, with a sense of justice and empathy. We are partners with parents, physicians and scientists. We are more integrated as a company than most pharma companies with the company. Pursuing a business model that others have considered impossible.
Please do not submit with cancer ribbons or DNA helixes. Just over used. We are want something distinct. We are also open to unique fonts and use of the name alone as the logo. We like watermarks but don't need one.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Medical & Pharmaceutical
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
"Day One" should be the focus. "Therapeutics" must be in the logo and could be less important or high focus (ie. smaller, thinner, smaller under "Day One"). Caps, lower case, etc are all ok. You can see examples of this deemphasized "therapeutics" by searching "CytomX Therapeutics" and looking at their logo.
We want to be the trusted brand in the pharmaceutical sector for everything pediatric oncology. We are bringing together the world leaders in childhood cancer biology, medical treatment and wholistic care in this company. It needs the right balance of empathy for a parent's worst nightmare and hope for what is possible to overcome the disease. We welcome creative ideas.
We want the logo to look good on clothing, cards, press, print, etc.
