What we do: Website blog that provides content for alternative travel, camping and craft (as in DIY and bush craft) focused on Australia. Island Home is a beautiful collection of stories and visuals for alternative Australian adventurers. Geared to helping you have amazing travels of your own – whether its that dream van reno, planning an overland trip, or exploring what lies just beyond your front door for the weekend. What we aren't: Travel agents, tourism industry. Target audience: People who travel in Australia, people who enjoy camping in car, van or tent, people who enjoy making things (DIY / projects). Age range: 25-55...people who like to be comfortable and bit more stylish when they go travelling, camping. They may be people who are working professionals and then have long weekend away now and then...(not hardcore adventures). Australia: keep in mind that Australia is known best for its sunshine, beaches and smaller mountain ranges and bush. Compared to USA which people often depict by pine trees, rivers and lakes...we feel the logo should portray the outdoor Australian lifestyle (note: we do not have much snow...only in small parts of the continent). Including a mountain, sun and ocean would be good...but we leave this to your imagination. We want logo to be used in future on product branding...so its needs to be simple yet catchy without the brand name 'island home'...for example see attached photo of enamel camping cup with logo...we want to use the logo you design for future products and accessories if possible.
