Sustainable and Innovative coastal living and business development

Nothing that is too stereotypical of environmental or sustainable. The logo needs to be simple, elegant, CLEVER, INNOVATIVE and thought provoking. Look at the logo examples. Forget traditional palm trees, hammocks, waves. It is going to be an innovative coastal development that will be a mixture of lux lifestyle living and business that will be built using best practice sustainable development principles and innovation. It is on the coast and will be regenerating old farm land. Be clever and creative. Keep it simple, compelling and elegant. I seem to be drawn to gold and dark greens, but please explore outside of this as it is along the coast. If you want to include nature consider seagrass/grass, pelican, dugong, turtle (loggerhead), pied oystercatcher (bird). We want the natural and built worlds to merge. We will also need to consider how some of the design elements from the logo can be used across other marketing platforms. I have attached the current logo (filename NORHAVEN OLD LOGO) which is dated and doesn't convey innovation or inspire. NOTE: We’re not looking for the standard branding guidelines template. We want something a bit more detailed which we are prepared to compensate the designer for. See attached a very comprehensive sample. We also need to include the brand language which will be additional work.
