Alle Leistungen sind darauf ausgerichtet den Kunden bei der Gesunderhaltung und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung zu unterstützen. Ich arbeite strukturell an Körper und Charakter. Es ist eine emotionale und taoistische Arbeit an Körper, Geist und Seele. Leistungsbereiche 1. Massagetherapie - Akupressur-Massagen - Faszienmassagen 2. Bewegung - Qi Gong - Bewegungsmeditationen 3. Gesundheitsberatung: Charakterarbeit Ich erforsche mit meinen Klienten ihre charakterlichen Prägungen und erarbeite Möglichkeiten zur Verhaltensänderung. Der Körper fungiert dabei als Schlüssel, um den Klienten mit seinem inneren Erleben vertraut zu machen. Es ist ein Weg zurück ins Gefühl (weibliches Prinzip) sowie in die individuelle Stärke (männliches Prinzip). Auf der Körperebene werden Verspannungen und Verklebungen des Bindegewebes (Faszien) und der Muskulatur gelöst. Die körperlichen Veränderungen bilden die Grundlage für eine Entspannung der Gefühlswelt und eine Klärung des Geistes, sodass Veränderungen der körperlichen, seelischen und geistigen Haltung möglich werden.
