CD for a non-profit project - learning-, maker-, art-, social-, digital-space

The "Begeisterhaus" will be an open (non-profit) space, mostly for children, young adults and students. On more than 800m² it will include a makerspace, a learning-, an art-, a social-, a project- and a virutal-space. In cooperations more than 40 community projects will find a place to interact, embrace each others ideas and projects and work together on new creative solutions and social innovations.

we prefer basic colours (red, yellow, blue) and more white than black (Bauhaus typical)

As our concept is so broad and open, at least we can reference to the Bauhaus moving. That's why we would love to see - something as clear and grounded as bauhaus but individual in style and font - the three basic colours (blue / red / yellow - also showing the connex to the DAI Heidelberg, the initator of the Begeisterhaus (www.dai-heidelberg.de) - the logo should nevertheless work in 1c (only black or white) as well as in 4c (cmyk) or something colourful. - we prefer white more than black elements (of course the logo can be printed sometimes in black, but the whole key visual / CD should not be to dark or to colourful. - we can imagine only an icon (graphic of a house or something) to be the logo and the Begeisterhaus only below or next to it in a matching font. We can also imagine "Begeisterhaus" being the logo. - We do not want to work with the B any longer (see old logo made of students below) - Another company in town - the halle 02 is already working with a house, so we need to seperate our logo from this www.halle02.de - something free and playful but still cool and modern (The name is coming with #BegeisterDich and #WasBegeistertDich and spots on the missing "geist" young people often have today, as they have no space to embrace, grow, make mistakes and learn - something that will attract young adults, makers, children and also the older generation (fundraising - but not to classy). - it could look 3D but does not have to - we do not have an expert for Cinema 4D inhouse neither will be able to put one into the graphic budget for following crossmedia design with threedimensional graphics. Or something like this with a house and colours inside (maybe more forms than the lines) and black / lines outside (pic 2 below). Also I wanted to show you some simple posters (pic3) , as the simple drawings of the spaces could work for us on posters and stuff to display the "areas" in the Begeisterhaus.
