Impulse Productions plans, produces and executes large-scale corporate parties, charity functions and special events. Target audience is corporate clients, non-profits, and other businesses looking to put on a big event.
I want to stick to a similar color scheme and theme to what my current site is. I don't want it to be black/white though like the current homepage is. It should have colors and be extremely inviting and attractive and lead the viewer to filling out the "event form". I'm looking to create a compelling landing page that converts the leads I'm generating through paid search to clients. Right now, we're sending people to either our Home Page or our Services/What we do page. I'd like to create a beautifully designed landing page that encompasses beautiful imagery, a form, some brief info on who we are, and some icons/logos from recent clients to portray our credibility in the industry. We are getting a lot of new leads to the site....now I want to focus on getting them to fill out the "event form" or to call us, so we can start the dialogue with them on producing their next event.
Elements to include in the landing page
Our navigation on top. A beautiful image or collage of images underneath the navigation (you can take any images from our current website (http://www.impulsenyc.com) or facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/ImpulseEventProductions). A quick, clear and inviting "event-form" that's "above the fold" and that encourages the people that land here to fill out the form. The "submit" button for the form should be something like "Start Planning!" Some brief and powerful info about what Impulse does. This area should have something like "Make your event a Success!" written on top of the copy. Some icons/logos/testimonials of brands we've worked (should say something like "Trusted by Remarkable Brands around the World" (or something like this). Our footer should be at the bottom. It should essentially take the best from these pages below and remove any unnecessary info that's not relevant. The goal is to convert the leads to fill out the form or call us. There should be "just enough" wording/info on this page, but it shouldn't be much text and the focus is gaining their trust and encouraging them to get to the form or call us. -http://www.impulsenyc.com/ -http://www.impulsenyc.com/services-http://www.impulsenyc.com/testimonials-http://www.impulsenyc.com/contact/plan I think the form should only have a few fields (name, email, telephone, tell us about your event. I think it should mention "Free Event Consultation" and the submit button should say "Start Planning!". I think our phone number (800.498.3049) should be listed somewhere with "Talk to a Planner".
