Story to tell in the infographic
We would like an infographic designed to show the strong link between unconscious bias training and mindfulness coaching, and how this dual aspect coaching can enable high achieving employees to become more productive, effective and psychologically resilient in demanding work environments. Mindfulness will also enable employees to become more aware of their co-workers, empathise more readily and communicate more clearly which will benefit their teams and colleagues.
The coaching will be bespoke to each organisation, and created in such a way to fit perfectly into their corporate culture, values and objectives.
Data to include in the infographic
Please see the enclosed file. We have created a very clunky infographic that shows the TEXT we would like in the design. We had to split it into 2 images, as we couldn't fit it into one page! But these two images need to appear in just ONE infographic.
The infographic is aimed at the very formal, very professional London based legal, financial and professional service firms.
It needs to be impressive, yet easy to read and also appealing.
Bit of background on Sasha Scott: Sasha’s position is one of the leading experts in inclusive diversity in the UK, Europe and the US. In 2000 she founded the Inclusive Group, and sub company Inclusive Diversity and has worked with multiple global institutions and international law firms as a diversity consultant and facilitator. Her company The Inclusive Group, has now developed a further offering to the corporate market – Inclusive Guidance. Inclusive Guidance will be offering psychological health in the workplace, through mindfulness training, to the corporate world – mainly legal and professional services firms in the UK.
Please feel free to use or design any images that you feel might assist in understanding the infographic. We do love the images that appear on the http://www.getsomeheadspace.com but don't want the infographic too appear too "cute". It has to appeal to the Heads of HR in some VERY large organisations.
