**Stylish** design for 'FOR LEASE' shop window decal
Check out Clem.A's Illustration or graphics contest…
My company owns shops/retails space and I lease them out to food businesses and retailers.
What's your vision?
Hello creatives! I need a graphic or pattern designed to print as window decals on the windows of the shops I want to lease. (see uploaded images for designs that i like and to see some of the shops that i am looking to decorate.) The design can be a pattern, a drawing or also just be the texts provided below in very funky lettering. The purpose of the design is: - to let the public know that the space is for lease (it will need to include the wording "For Lease" or other more clever, innovative way to put it. - to make the shops stand out and be noticed. - to make the shops look attractive. The design needs to look upbeat, lively, and to project an idea of modernity and success. The design can be just text, or abstract or can represent retail in general (For instance, if replicating a busy mix-pattern like in some of my attachments, please make sure to be inclusive of multiple uses. For instance, the shop might be a fashion shop, retail shop or a food shop, so it could for instance include a cupcake, coffee mugs, sunglasses, flowers, hot dog, handbag, lollipop, baguette, bow-tie, etc.... but not ONLY clothes or ONLY cakes. People need to be able to see the inside of the shop through the decal , or possibly above/below, if it doesn't take up the whole window. It needs to be a pattern that can either easily be cropped, resized or stretched or replicated to fit different window sizes for different shops. You are the expert but perhaps an editable vector? we can discuss this later down the track. The design will need to include contact details: "Leasing and info: 0417 934 733 or email@example.com" Perhaps it can also include something along the lines of "Could your business thrive here?", or something along these lines if you have something better. I look forward to receiving your ideas! Thanks for helping me.
Feel free to ask away if anything doesn't make sense! Of the images I uploaded, i like the idea of a messy pattern representing retail and food objects, of random words relevant to retails and leasing a shop, as long as it all looks fun and upbeat, of a colourful abstract shapes, I like the idea of a monochrome design with splashes of colour, of a faux shop window display, mimicking what it would be like with a shop in there, I also like the Pop-style illustrations.... there a re a lot of possibilities and you are the creative mind and you might well have better ideas!
