We need a nautical illustration with a captain mascot integrated

Dear Designer, this is the first step in our UI/UX-Design process. And this is your part. We need a nice illustration where a Captain, which is called Flint ,(see description below) is in the foreground and in the background is a ship which is being build with a nice landscape. The illustration is called "Build your ship (homepage) with captain flint". So you see Captain Flint in the foreground and in the background you see how a ship (homepage for the customer) is being build. Captain Flint should be/have/look: (see attached images) - friendly, masculine - not too childlike (not like f.e.: the Colors in Image 4) - not to pirate like - not to thin legs (not as thin as in Image 2) - Details like pipe or/and a telescope, uniform, hat, beard - a face (not like in Image 3)
