I write children's books
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I want the illustrations for a book designed -
I need approximately 16 full page color spreads with shading for a children's picture book that is between 28-32 pages. This is the first of about 5 books. Must own all rights to the illustrations, but you reserve the right to use it in your portfolio and be acknowledged as the illustrator for the children's book.
Illustrations must match the theme and text of the manuscript.
I am looking for a style very similar to The Very Hungry Caterpillar or Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See. I am open to a style similar to The Rainbow Fish.
Illustrator must have great communication skills and match the concept to the story that already exist.
Other notes
This is a self-publishing project so text setting will need to be part of the project.
