We are a biotechnology company and our target is the pharmaceutical industry
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We currently have a basic graphic that depicts the mechanism of action of how our pharmaceutical drug works. We have attached that graphic as a reference point. We need our technical graphic turned into an illustration that 1) is cleanly and crisply designed and visually appealing; and 2) it needs to simply depict how our drug works. The first part of our current graphic shows how viruses infect the body through tissue in the mouth by coming into contact with the tissue, replicating, and then releasing new viral particles. The second part of our current graphic, shows how our drug works - by creating a barrier over the tissue, our drug prevents viral infection by: 1) not allowing the viral particles to penetrate through the barrier and to the tissue, 2) the viral particles getting stuck to the barrier and 3) the viral particles being killed by our antiviral active ingredient that is infused in the barrier. Our current graphic also shows the timeline of each piece of the process with green and yellow bars below each section of the graphic.
It does not have to look like a stereotypical biotechnology graphic. Feel free to embrace a unique approach. The illustration must come off as a credible illustration to the scientific community, while being simple to understand to a broader audience. While the barrier should obviously be visible, if there is a way to make it opaque so that it's clear that the drug is not colored, that is important.
The illustration will be used for presentations and our website. Format wise, I would like the PSD files and JPEG.
