Design category icons for Australia's largest premium ticketing company
TIX.COM.AU needed a new icon or button design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 47 designs submitted by 22 freelance designers.

Showbiz.com.au will be a portal for all the major high-profile events on in Australia, from sport, music concerts, theatre, musicals. The tickets on Showbiz will be premium tickets and VIP packages.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We are looking for 6 category icons that will be displayed on ticket "cards" that summarise what is included in a particular package. The icons are visual cues for what items are included in a package.
The 6 categories we need designed are:
- Ticket
- Food & Beverage
- Merchandise
- VIP
- Meet & Greet
- Transportation
At this stage we think the icons should be different colours and displayed "on" meaning that icon item is included and "off" (greyed out) meaning that icon item is not included.
The attached examples have the icons styled as round but we are open to other ideas. The examples only show "on" icons for items that are included but we would also like to see examples with a combination of "on" and "off" icons.
