Looking for a creative flash banner (728x90) for a registry cleaner product. Want the animation showing computer code scanning or something similar (think matrix screeensaver). Also need to include a web form pulldown with a submit button that says "Start Free Scan!". The pulldown needs to include the following operating systems - "Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows 98". (The selected pulldown data does not actually need to be passed). The text above the pulldowm and submit button needs to say "Scan Your PC For Errors Now". Need both the .FLA and .SWF files as well.
