I have a brand 'Recruit in Color' that centers corporate recruiters of color. For context, only 10% of recruiters are black and less than 20% are latinx. Unlike many professions, recruiters don't have many options for merch that promotes their profession. Also, this is a tough time for recruiters as many layoffs are occurring and companies are being conservative about hiring in the current market. These sweaters will be put up for sale and partial proceeds will be given to select recruiters that have been impacted by layoffs this holiday season.
