Born of practical experience for use in practice
The K&T team has a practical background and trains people for practice. This is why we focus on our motto "Learning by doing". Even though theoretical concepts may often be understood quickly, they are often difficult to implement in everyday life. We use, explain and reflect on group, discussion and conflict dynamics. Learning projects and role plays are interspersed with group and individual work.
Technical and communicative causalities are conveyed using realistic examples. This ensures a high degree of acceptance among the participants and helps towards the success of the course.
A combination of analytical questions and problem definitions, interventions of the systemic corporate development and elements of experiential education have proven to be a valuable tool.
After approx. 6 weeks of practice we organise one-day workshops/coaching sessions alongside the individual measures to enable us to assess to what extent the measures have been implemented and goals achieved. Participants can also rely on telephone support throughout the entire personnel development process.
Every personnel development course is recorded. At the end of the course, each participant is given the recordings and photos in digital format. This helps ensure optimum follow-up.
