For context this is a NYE house party I throw every few years, of about 200 people. The theme is easy, dressup as anything...as long as you dress up you get in... It has a reputation for being one of the best dressup parties in Perth. This year it's also my 40th and also a housewarming for the house I just bought..included a bunch of random images, past parties, portraits, child al, etc... may be used in - i.e. cut and paste onto heads of famous figures etc always gets a laugh...the main objective is to keep it quirky, make it funny....you could also make it relevant to the 2020 - in Perth, Western Australia.
