How chrispape started their logo & brand identity pack journey
Who are you known as?
AccuHear [one word, capital A and capital H]
What’s your company slogan?
Reconnecting with life
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
AccuHear is a family owned practice and has been operating for nearly 25 years. The physical products that we sell are hearing aids; however, our real focus is on improving our patients' lives through hearing. We strive to surpass our competitors through our patients' experiences and servicing of their hearing aids. We strive to emphasize our understanding of the suffering from hearing loss, not only to individuals, but to their loved ones as well. In this industry, you usually have the option of the medical/clinical approach (cold, calculated and take it or leave it) or the pushy, used car salesman approach (untrustworthy). We take a more inviting and warm approach to our practice; we aim not to sell but to cure. That means really believing in the well being of our patients. Our primary focus has always been to market in a way that denotes comfort, warmth, and understanding, and our goal is to maintain that focus. We'd like to update to a more modern look; however, we are marketing to baby boomers and the over 70 generation, so it can't be too modern for them.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Medical & Pharmaceutical

To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We have never had a logo before. The obvious approach would be to use ears, hearing aids, or sound waves; however, we find these images to be harsh and ugly (not inviting like we want). If we go in this direction, a more abstract derivative would be appreciated. Ideally, we would like a recognizable object or symbol that relates to our industry, but would also be open to a focus on reconnecting our patients to life, to loved ones, to their passions, and to the bright and brilliant world they used to have.
UPDATE: Heart designs will be too close to our competitors logo and will not be considered.
