Entertainment & The Arts
Ellivent is where event planners and organizers of B2B and/or B2C companies go to discover, decide, plan, attend and measure all the events their companies attend. Ellivent provides information such as reviews on trade shows to event suppliers and tools like calendar intergrations, budget calculators, and collaboration tools that assist these young professionals plan and organize their next event or trade show. Ellivent helps these event coordinators keep track of the myriad steps needed to successfully manage an event (i.e. trade show, conference, meeting, etc...) itself and the people involved with the event (primary stakeholders like the CEO and secondary stakeholders like the salespeople attending these shows attempting to generate leads.)
The target market for Ellivent is a young professional with several years of job experience organizing and planning events. In many cases, the person tasked with this role is female and between the age of 22 and 28. They are computer savvy (but are not programmers), heavy users of social media (and sometimes run their respective company’s social media accounts), and are looking for help managing the complex task of organizing and planning their company’s trade show presence. The brand for Ellivent should reflect the target audience (primarily female) and should reflect the strong nature and resiliency of the event coordinators using our services. Embedded inside of “Ellivent” is the tie to an “Elephant” (Ellivent should almost sound like Elephant when said) which we want to feature on our logo and use as a character inside of the application - the elephant will appear in the onboarding experience (when the user sets up their first events), 404 error pages, and as a recurring character on social media. Ellivent needs to be easy to read (to improve the likelihood of recall). It should be professional , but should retain a sense of playfulness and fun. If possible, we want to make sure the words “Event” and “Live” are visible inside of the wordmark - without calling special attention to them with color or font weight. We would like to experiment with serif fonts and handwritten wordmarks. We'd also like the designers to be creative in using the face of the elephant mixed with the wordmark. For example, the two L's next to each other could be the trunk of the elephant.
