My company name Fiffiga comes from the Swedish word Fiffig wich means clever, ingenious, smart, shrewd, handy. I like this word because I want to offer smart and handy ways (with a positive feeling )to deal with the challenges we have today like busy lifestyle, IT that gives us amazing opportunities but also overwhelmes us with a lot at input 24h a day. I want to do this by teachings in mindfulness and how our body and brain works and how we in clever ways can give us a better chance to enjoy all of this but also live a sustainable life both private at home and in our worklife. A also like how the letters look together :) Fiffiga
