Logo: I don't mind the Bauhaus 'a' character that I'm using as a logo at present, but it's a bit dull, so I'm more than happy for something cooler, but not too medical looking and definitely NOT a brain. I'm a whole person kind of guy.
maybe a stylised speech bubble/s after all there's a lot of talking involved!
Card: I don't want it to scream psychiatrist, indeed, I don't even have the word psychiatrist on my current card. People don't really want a psychiatrists card in their wallet.
I love the blue rippling when you look up at the surface from underwater, would be neat to incorporate that feel, but not essential.
I quite like Dr Defino's image on his card. I have included some pics of myself; one of which may be good to incorporate, but only if it works. I do find his card way too busy with all the text. My old card is as much text as I can handle. I think I'd prefer to have the contact information hidden on the back. I probably should have some space on the back for people to write down their next appointment date/time. But it doesn't need to say 'next appointment'.
I probably need two cards with the very similar design, one for patients which is just my logo +/- pic, name, contact details and next appointment field and another card for referring doctors with logo +/- pic, name, specialisation (Psychiatrist), areas of interest (Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Distress) and contact details.
Letterhead: I'd like to incorporate it into a word file rather than have letterhead paper printed off. That way the transcriptionists can just type it straight onto the Word document with digital letter head and I can correct it and print it on a colour laser printer without fuss. Definitely need all the info that is on my old letterhead.
Envelope: would need to use an envelope which has a clear address window to keep the office staff happy.
Facebook: I have no idea.
