Real Estate & Mortgage
Real estate development contractor, with a target audience being property owners, public housing/seniors organizations, private real estate investors. In more words, this organization manages and brings together architectural design, engineering design, construction management, regulatory approvals and leasing & sales management to bring forward new multi-family residential (including seniors), industrial and retail real estate developments.
I would like the main brand to be around the word “Bridge” that can then add ‘Development’ or ‘Real Estate’ or ‘Residential Development’ after the word “Bridge” as I expect to be able to branch off of “Bridge” for a number of sub-brands depending on the target audience. Also for the logo itself, I really like the idea of a traditional ‘railroad-like ‘ bridge morphs into a contemporary bridge. It may not look good once it’s done, but I’d at least like to explore this idea.
