What's your vision?

A book cover for ebook publication, conforming to Amazon standard size, etc. The book is a comic fantasy, entitled "The Temple of Beauty"; subtitle is "And other stories". The concept for the cover is to show a stunningly beautiful red-haired woman, dressed mostly in green as an adventurer-sorceress, sitting astride a giant, white-furred, sabre-toothed rabbit. Both the woman and the rabbit should look dangerous but not evil. The setting is an isolated mountain pass.

I would like a retro look, reminiscent of the Andre Norton book covers of 60s and 70s.

The Little Crew of Butchers
Francine Pascale Book Design 2017 _______ Lord of the Flies meets Misery? The Little Crew of Butchers is a psychological journey that finds protagonist Lucas Baird held captive by a gang of demented young boys in a small town off the coast of Long Island. The children, directed by a furious 12-year-old, turn savage, heaping hideous acts of torment and cruelty upon Lucas. The cover was designed to represent the duality of the story: Lucas running from adulthood mistakes that eventually lead to his unfortunate capture and the reckless emotion the children exhibit, fueled by infighting with their young tyrannical leader. I wanted to avoid displaying actual violence on the cover but instead focus on the internal fury that runs through each character.
