Once Upon A Diet
Toni Marinucci, MS, RDN
Toni Marinucci is a Registered Dietitian and business owner of Tips With Toni, who ironically teaches people now NOT to diet. Her team of RD’s provide online nutrition coaching to help women break free from the all-or-nothing mindset and encourage balance instead. Her mission is to end restrictive diet culture by providing simple tips to healthy living while incorporating foods you love!
The book is about the parallels between dieting, dating, and romantic relationships, and how we treat them the same. My hope is those who read this will truly understand that there are many ways to be BOTH happy and healthy; neither of which depend on a number on a scale or relationship status.
women from the US between the ages of 25 and 45 who have tried every diet and have dated around but haven't found happiness in their body or relationship.
