What's your vision?
Title: EMPIRE PALADIN Subtitle: Realm of the Dead Author: by M. S. Valdez •Central figure of the image will be a medieval knight (female if you decide to specify gender in your image) in shining armor mounted on a white warhorse. The warhorse is rearing up on its hindlegs. The knight and warhorse are situated at the top of a small hill or knoll. The knight will have a helm with a white plume at the top of the helm. (see pinterest website that I've listed at the bottom of this brief for examples of helms and plumes.) •The knight holds a warhammer aloft (see pinterest site for images of the warhammer). The head of the warhammer can be scaled larger than the example images. Radiant “holy light” should be blazing forth from the upraised head of the warhammer. •The knight can also have a buckler shield in her offhand (see pinterest site for examples of shields) but it is not critical or even required that the shield be shown in the image. If the shield is shown – it should have the image of a sun with rays of light streaming out from it. •The rest of the image should include a horde (or swarm) of undead medieval zombies all around the hill that the knight and the warhorse are on: think Walking Dead, but in medieval times. (pinterest site has a concept pic). The undead are threatening to swarm over the knight like a tide. The undead can be people of all walks of life from medieval times: soldiers, knights, peasants, nobility, etc. The constant key feature among each of the zombies is that pinpoints of silver light should be issuing form their eyesockets (see pinterest site for an idea of the silver light that I have in mind that would issue from their eyesockets). •The image takes place at the darkest time of night. I like the dark motifs that are used on other cover art for books (see pinterest site for examples of that type of cover art).
