Developing Learning Agility- Using the Burke Assessments
This is the author's 2nd book. The first book was entitled Learning Agility-The Key to Leader Potential. The author has spent his career as an internal or external consultant. The focus of that work has been focused on developing leadership talent.
There are nine dimensions of learning agility that are measured by the Burke Learning Agility Inventory. There are chapters on selecting the right version of the assessment. Most of the book is about developing each of the nine dimensions in a work context.
This content appeals to leaders globally in any industry. So leaders who want to develop their learning agility. Coaches who work with leaders on their development. Human resource executives responsible for the development of leadership talent.
Book cover type
I would refer you to our first book. You provided the cover. Learning Agility-The Key to Leader Potential. The cover should be simple, formal, elegant. The main title is Developing Learning Agility. The subtitle in smaller font would be- Using the Burke Assessments.
