Great work. Always prompt and full of quality ideas. Iram's design is better than I could have imagined. I hope to have the pleasure of working with Iram again soon.

Great to work with. Beautiful designs. I wanted to take two of them that he did.
I've enjoyed working with Cascadorys. He's quick, listens well, and has great ideas.
Gordan designed my book cover. His design was in a group of about 50 submissions. It stood out among the rest of them and also mirrored my design brief. Working with Gordan is a pleasure on every level. He is a real pro. I can't recommend him highly enough. He deserves a perfect 10 score from me.
Hypercover not only gave me a number of great designs to choose from, he communicated well throughout the process and did an exceptional job of modifying the winning image to my liking even after the contest was over. He was very patient, informative and prompt. I would work with him again given the chance and encourage anyone looking for a great designer to give him an opportunity.

How Glen Smyth started their book cover journey

I have a blog at http://www.glensmyth.com which has at it's central theme: 'Building Your Personal Brand'. I am commencing a new podcast in about 4 weeks time, which is called 'Entrepreneur Brand Power', where I interview experts from throughout the world who discuss strategies on all aspects of building your personal brand. My market is SOLOPRENEURS - such as Business and Life Coaches, Authors and Speakers and Health and Wellness Practitioners; SALES PROFESSIONALS - such as Real Estate Agents, Life Insurance Advisers and New Home Consultants; and SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS - such as Accountants, Financial Planners and Mortgage Brokers.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I need a Front Cover Only for an eBook.
I want it designed in Landscape format (not portrait) and I would like a 3D image to position it on my website.
It needs to be 'beautifully simplistic' and yet classy and professional.
I don't want it to look 'corporate', but to have a more personal feel.
I have attached a file of an eBook cover that I love - 'Creating Your Personal Life Plan' by Michael Hyatt - and yet it doesn't have to look exactly like this...but I wouldn't mind if it incorporated a image across the whole cover like this with crisp, clean lettering overlaid.
Having said that, I'm also not against a full textual kind of cover with some kind of symbol reflecting either the '28 Days' concept or the 'Personal Brand' concept.
I'm guess what I'm wanting to communicate is that I'm very open to your creative ideas as long as it incorporates one of these main themes of either the 28 Days or the Personal Brand.
If you have a look at Michael Hyatt's blog at http://www.michaelhyatt.com you will see where the book is featured at the top right hand corner of the Home Page. If you then take a look at my blog at http://www.glensmyth.com you will see that I am using the same Wordpress theme and this is the same location where my book cover will be featured.
For this reason, my preference is probably that the book cover has a blue tone to it but it doesn't have to be entirely blue...it can incorporate other colours, but it would be great if it ties in with the colour theme of my website blog.
I don't want the cover to have an image of a male or female on the cover, because I want to appeal to both sexes and not alienate half of my potential audience.
I have attached a file of the exact text that I want to be included on the cover.
The fact that I have highlighted sections in Blue doesn't mean you have to do this, but some kind of emphasis on these different sections could work? Once again I'm open to your interpretation.
I have also included the Table of Contents for my book, so that you can get an understanding of what the book is about. You will notice that it is divided into two sections. Section 1 is helping my readers gain a good understanding of who they are personally, and what they want their brand to represent, and the importance of their own personal attitude and approach to life.
Section 2 is the more strategic/implementable section of the book which deals with the practical aspects of building your brand through Social Media, Speaking, Videos, Blogging, Podcasting, Writing Books, Product Creation etc. I hope this helps you to gain a better understanding of what I'm trying to convey through the cover.
