I'm very open to ideas. The apartment complex is a set of two-story town homes, overlooking a courtyard, in a wealthy suburb of Philadelphia. Tenant is a young woman. Landlord is a middle-aged man. The tenant's psychosis is a central theme of the story but also the landlord's descent into madness as he considers murdering her. Ideas: Police vehicles (since they visit multiple times), murder in the courtyard (of another tenant), crime scene tape (in the courtyard), eviction notice, set of keys, blood splatter, slightly ajar front door, balcony over the courtyard, landlord planning for the murder, etc. Again, I'm open to ideas.
