I have really enjoyed having Umakantth design my book cover. His by far, was the closest to my brief, he really understood what I wanted and then transformed my text into a picture! He is also really easy to work with, positive and highly responsive. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Who are you known as?
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Business & Consulting
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Leadership & Performance Coaching. Supporting people to choose their own thoughts, increasing their self belief. Target audience are people who think big and want to make a difference in the world. Also leaders who are worth following and inspire others to action. The book underpins 3 key messages: human kindness, choice in all circumstances and belief in self is important.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
The book cover, spine and back cover. Title is 'A Flourishing Mind: Who are you not to flourish?'
I want my name (Suzanne Waldron) at the bottom, a tree with lots of colourful leaves in the middle and the title at the top. I like softer fonts though simple and not too fussy, I use Verdanda and Calibri. I like lots of colour in the tree leaves though it needs to appeal to men also, so something that's attractive to both men and women. I am looking for a plain white or off white background. Simple!
On the back can I have some dummy text and a space for my picture. On the back I'd like an owl that is under the text, so it's hard to see, but I love owls and it is something that will be there for those who look hard (like a watermark). I do NOT want any 'minds' as images!
The tree above is something I like, but NOT the circles and a bit more flow, detail! I also like Purple for the title, and an array of colours for the leaves.
