Ebook Cover Design - Exciting and Exotic

I write ebooks based on areas of expertise I have developed. This brief is for a book on dating Russian women. It is targeted at single men from ages 18-45.

I want a cover designed for my eBook: "How To Date Russian Women" Beneath the title will be: "Meet and attract beautiful Russians - at home and around the world" Author: Frank Evans This book serves as a guide for men (18 – 45) interested in meeting and attracting Russian women. Unlike many “date Russian” or “marry Russian” websites/books that focus on meeting Russian women abroad via online personals, this book focuses on meeting the thousands of Russian immigrants that likely live in the same town as the reader and dating conventionally. I want the cover to have an exciting and exotic feel to it. It needs to be sexy as well - remember, my target audience is single men. I like the exciting and exotic feel to the “Most interesting man” beer advertisement (attached). (However, the man is too old for my cover’s purposes.)  As far as a color scheme, the Russian flag (pictures attached) is appealing and applicable.  It is  just an idea – you are the expert/artist – don’t feel constrained. If a Russian woman is depicted on the cover (probably a good idea), I want her to ideally have the unique/exotic hair style (straight bangs) that many Russian women have – see attached pictures.  She should look "Russian" or "Eastern European."  She should be sexy in a "girl next door" or class way not a porn star/stripper way. I want at least some of the text on the title to be a “Russian” or “Soviet” style font. (like under the second Russian flag picture) This book will be available in pdf form and as a kindle ebook. The page size of my ebook is 6”wide by 8.5” tall. Cover needs to look good as a thumbnail as well.  

If possible, I would like the book cover available in a file format where the words (title and author) could be modified in the future. I don’t know a lot about graphic design, but I believe the image could be one “layer”, and the text a different “layer”?) In addition to the full size cover, I also want a thumbnail/logo form of the cover for use on a website. I have some other projects underway, if I like your work, there strong potential for repeat business.
