Create the next book or magazine cover for Howard Crabtree

Looking to sell a si-fi fantasy book through iBooks and kindle and we need a good cover.

My book is a story that takes place in modern day Pacific Northwest Seattle area. The world has experienced devastation due to a comet impact. It portal has opened to other worlds that has let a dragon into ours. The dragon is large, pearlescent in color and the horns slope back with the head like hair. There is a rider from her world that has the same type of horns although he also has hair that is black against his white horns. I need the cover of this book to express certain things first that this story takes place in modern times in the Seattle region. Seattle is covered in water and the only thing left is the Bank of America tower and the Space Needle. The Saucer section of the needle sits just above the water level in Seattle. The cover also needs to let the reader know that it is a fantasy story that contains a dragon. My idea is a shot of Seattle showing the B of A tower sticking out of the water and the needle saucer resting on the top of the water in the distance withe the dragon and rider flying overhead. I need to add that the sky should also have a bit of a purple haze to it caused by the particals from the comet. 

I am open to ideas that are different than mine just as long as it still shows the story is modern day after world wide devastation and that it is a fantasy story.
