Create a kick-ass cover for an action-packed adventure novel involving murder by radiation poisoning

I need a book cover for a hardcover action adventure novel titled ‘Operation Silent Source.’ The story takes place in the present day. Much of the action occurs in the backwoods of the American state of Georgia and the city of Atlanta, with the world’s busiest airport, but the story travels to various locations in Western and Eastern Europe.

The antagonist was recently fired from his position as a radiation therapy technician in a cancer treatment center. He is also white supremacist who commits murder/terrorism using nuclear radiation.

The protagonist is a scientist and amateur detective who is trying to find the villain before he can murder an entire city with radioactive contamination.

Graphic elements may involve medical technology and subtle indicators of radiation or a mystery source with an aqua blue glow or iridescence, but should not concentrate on nuclear bombs or nuclear reactors.

The hatred is deep. The death is slow. The cause is invisible and silent.

You know that Atlanta PD has given up on a case when they call in Dr. Damon Keane. The scientist-sleuth is quietly famous in forensic circles for unraveling the most daunting technical puzzles, but this case is baffling.

Two people are already dead. The third victim, a priest, is dying by inches in an Atlanta hospital bed, and the cause is a complete mystery to doctors and police detectives alike. As if matters weren’t strange enough, the priest’s rosary beads have turned the color of blood.

Despite that bizarre transformation, Keane knows that he’s not chasing any kind of supernatural entity. The killer is a man—twisted by anger and the lust for vengeance—but still very much human.

As the death toll mounts, the killer’s trail winds through London’s Hyde Park, to the edge of Siberia (home to a thriving black market in nuclear materials), to the backwoods of Georgia. For all of his perception and skill, Keane is always one step behind.

Time is running out. The killer is making his final preparations to murder an entire city. To stop an unthinkable massacre, Damon Keane must find the silent source.

The title text should be large, and suggest technology, action, danger, or all three.

The text on the front and back covers should be set as separate layers, so that I can edit the wording as marketing strategies for the book change over time.
