Sächsischer Städte- und Gemeindetag e. V.
We are a association of local municipalities in Saxony, a German federal state. Our members are 415 of 419 cities and towns located in Saxony. We represent the rights and interests of our members towards the authorities of European Union, Federal Republic of Germany and the State of Saxony. We have offices in Dresden and Brussels. In addition we advise our members from a legal, organizational and business point of view. See more about us on our website http://www.ssg-sachsen.de.
We looking for an interesting layout for our annual report 2019/2020/2021, which we will produce this summer and will be published in the fall. The subject of the annual report is our association's work in the years 2019 to 2021. The most important of our activities in the years 2019 to 2021 are, for example, the following topics: - changes in public law, - business law, - digitization, - public finances, - handling of coronavirus in villages and cities - schools and education, - fire protection and fire brigade, - social benefits, - European policy - public transport, - tourism. The annual report will be published in the format 8,27 inch x 8,27 inch, it has about 300 pages.
Our members, mayors, local and national authorities, private and public partners.
Book cover type
We’ll like to have a modern and at the same time serious layout for our actual annual report, which takes up the principles and colourings of our logo (see the file "Visual appearance" [“Visuelles Erscheinungsbild”] which also is uploaded). We are open for innovative ideas. We also have uploaded our logo and, for examples, the designs of our three last annual reports. These are only examples, we are looking every year for an significantly other design. Different ways are thinkable. You can work with an abstract design, with straight or curved lines and shapes. You can also work with pictures which illustrate topics of our association's work. Some sample pictures can be found in the appendix. But these are interchangeable, in competition you can work with placeholders too.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their book cover.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
falk.gruber collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
