We teach confidence with women for men.The novel is a fictionalized memoir/self help book.
What's your vision?
I've written a novel called, "A Thousand Tiny Failures." Underneath is small print, "Memoirs of a Pickup Artist." My pen name is, "Tony D." A fictionalized memoir, in the vein of Charles Bukowski meets Neil Strauss (The Game.) Here is the back page: "Sebastian had man-boobs, and everything sucked…until he discovered an online community of Pickup Artists. Moving from Vancouver to Montreal, he stumbles into a world of parties, sex, drugs, and drama—only to emerge with a new, but questionable, understanding of himself, women, and the human condition. What compels a man to relentlessly flirt for sport, and at what cost? A Thousand Tiny Failures is a hilarious and addicting novel, for men that want to improve, and women that want to understand." I want the cover to have a man, a regular, but cool looking joe, like a modern James Dean, and a sexy, long haired, curvy, fit, girl. I like the idea of silhouettes, but with a few simple colours (Not too like "Women" by Bukowski.) Or an artistic, stylish drawing with deeper features. If you can make a photograph work, go for it. Think cool, sexy, hip. Not a guy in a suit, more like a stylish, short haired skinny jeans, vneck, or cool jacket guy. I want this to have artistic style. The target audience are young men, 15-40, who like male sexual adventure stories. I consider the book a rock n roll album, like the Suburbs by Arcade Fire, or a good Kanye West song. Maybe he's leaning against a wall, with one foot on the wall, looking at the girl, and the young woman looking back at him, her body displayed from the front, or slightly from the side. He said something cheeky. She likes it. The background, a city, maybe a little neon bar sign, or party people stumbling in the distance of a beautiful city like Montreal. It's up to you. Just make it great. The book is great, or so I've heard. I'll give you a copy now if you want to read it. I used to be a journalist, so I know how to write. Just ask. Pm me an email? ***Social Media Buttons*** I also need a banner with the book title. I'm self-publishing, and have a website. I'm not sure what sizes I will need. But a wide horizontal, and one for the sidebar, and maybe a bigger one for a featured post.
