The Happiness Manual
Stas Arsonov is a certified integrative nutrition health coach with a background in healing body-work, nutrition, and fitness. He has spent the past decade immersing himself deeply in mind and body optimization and learning from some of the great masters in the field of ultimate well-being. He is the host of the Think Clever podcast, where he interviews experts from the personal development field and helps his audience take their healing to the next level, develop meaningful relationships, free themselves of limiting beliefs, and better their job satisfaction.
In reading The Happiness Manual: A Guide to Your Daily Self-Mastery, I hope you will discover that you can generate happiness every day. My goal is to show you it's not some mystical state that you need to deserve rather it's available to you right now. In this book, I hope to instill in you the same sort of passion and excitement I found for the process of self-discovery and self-mastery. Ultimately, I want you to see this book as a tool to help you cultivate inner peace despite all of the ups and downs of life.
