Scribbleit is a small independent publisher based in the UK, publishing the fiction and non-fiction of Kevin Partner. Our fiction is aimed at fans of Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman and Douglas Adams and is in the comic fantasy genre.
What's your vision?
Ebook and paperback cover design for a forthcoming comic fantasy novel - the first in a trilogy. The paperback's nominal size is 178 x 127mm (184 x 130 with bleed) with a spine width of 17.12mm. A rough sketch plus annotated version is attached to the brief. Also attached are a series of other covers we like - we hope this will make it clear what we're after. In summary, we're looking for a clean, relatively minimal, design, depicting a pair of hands cradling an abstract flame. We're looking for an illustrated look rather than photos. We're also looking to find a single designer to work on all three covers in the series. The book's full title is "Stryke One" Subtitle "A Comic Fantasy" Author name: "Kevin Partner" ISBN: 978-0-9574516-7-4
Of the attached images, my favourites are Bitter Greens and The Burning Page
