Love Lab® is a mobile dating platform for meeting authentic people. It also enhances other apps, sites and services by giving you a trustworthy and convenient way of vetting people you meet somewhere else. Using a combination of verifications to screen out liars, fakes, scammers and bots, Love Lab is firewall for your love life. By relying on more than just one physiological factor, behavior and social characteristic for identification you can be sure of others’ authenticity. Each "proof" is meant to establish trust and to ensure that people are who they say they are. With this peace of mind you can feel safe messaging and exchanging disappearing multimedia with those you connect with in the secure chat. Never be surprised or disappointed by who shows up for a first date again. Here’s how it works. Every Love Lab user has a level of trust displayed on their profile based on how many verifications they’ve completed. There are five. 1) authenticates social media credentials, 2) compares your profile picture against an instant self-portrait for likeness using facial detection and recognition software, 3) requires you to share a code that someone else must enter to prove you’re not a bot 4) verifies your age, identity and residency with a multiple choice personal knowledge quiz, 5) conducts a national, state and local criminal background check while maintaining your privacy and safeguarding any personally identifying information and You can browse through profiles of others ranked from highest to lowest trust while sorting the ones you like and the ones you don’t. Use your personal Contact Code to connect with people that you met somewhere else on Love Lab. This Contact Code links to your verified profile page (http://lovelab.com/lovelab) so you can prove you are who you say you are to people who aren’t even using the app yet. When someone enters your Contact Code in the app and pluses your profile you will receive a Match Request that you can accept or reject. When you like someone who likes you too it’s a match and you can now communicate unlike ever before without ever having to share your phone number or other personally identifying information. Sure, you exchange text messages with your matches, but you can also take photos and videos that transmit instantly and will disappear after they’ve been viewed once.
What's your vision?
I'd like to have 6 different 1200 x 628 image ads of men and women conveying the surprise, happiness, disappointment or embarrassment one experiences when they meet someone in person who met online first. I'd like the Love Lab logo in the image and a message to convey the intention of the app. Three of the ads should be geared toward men. Three should be geared toward women. In the images geared toward men I'd like to communicate that 70% of the app users are women. I'd like men to know that this is where the women are and there is nothing more important to these women than trust. Its also important to note that the app is free. For the ads geared toward the women, they should feel confident that the men are who they say they are. They aren't going to meet someone using old photos or misrepresenting themselves in other ways; age, name, etc.
These ads are going to be used on Facebook to encourage downloads. The app was founded by the Host and Executive Producer of VH1's Tough Love, Steve Ward. The ads that have been referencing the founder and using terms like, "catfish killer", "trust your dates", "verify chemistry before you date" are working the best. We are targeting people who are accustomed to using various dating sites. These people "date for sport". PLEASE USE THE BRAND'S FONTS. Using screen shots may also be helpful.
